Job Description:

We are looking for talented, dedicated and dependable RV Sales Professionals. From greeting the customer all the way to deal completion. You are part of the follow thru.

Hourly + Commissions makes for a great pay plan.

• You'll need the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Off on Sundays, and most Holidays.

We are growing fast and sell quickly. We don't jack with our sales people, we only hire KEY players -- you will service a huge share of our customers and not sit in a bullpen fighting for scraps.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with buying decisions
• Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
• Present and sell other value-added options
• Write deals to present to sales manager
• Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current clients
• See the transaction thru to a successful delivery.
• Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals
• Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and used motorhomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory control and availability of products
• Support outside sales efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and customer visits

ONLINE:

• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
• Assist with sales management tasks such as forecasting, reporting, and analyzing sales data
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• RV Sales Experience and knowledge of the RV lifestyle
• Family friendly
• Must be able to provide professional references who can verify work experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Integrity
• Good listening skills
• Aptitude for business math
• Desire to succeed in a career in the RV business
• Previous RV sales experience or knowledge of the RV lifestyle is a HUGE plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
