We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Personal LinesAccount Manager to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients over the phone and email. You will also be required to process policy changes, answer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Depending on your experience, your base salary is $45,000 to $50,000 per year. With bonuses, may make up to $60,000 Per year.

Responsibilities
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
- Utilize various computer systems to update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
