Right at Home is currently hiring a Per Diem RN to work out of our Southern Ocean County Office located in Barnegat, New Jersey. We are very flexible with scheduling.. Perfect for semi-retired RN's or Full Time Nurse's looking to make additional income.
About Us: Right at Home is an at-home care service provider for residents of Ocean Counties. We provide services for seniors and disabled adults who need some assistance with daily living. By doing so, we allow our clients to enjoy the ability to stay home longer and have a better overall quality of life. What YOU would do: As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you would be responsible for assessing our clients' needs to ensure their quality of life is being maintained in the comfort of their home. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to;

• Perform assessments , evaluations, case monitoring visits, and Home Health aide supervisions
• Skilled Nursing visits and or hourly shifts for medication administration, wound care, colostomy care, feeding tubes, ventilator care, and other nursing duties
• Flexible hours
• Case to case mileage paid
• Availability of teaching CHHHA In-services, Hospice and Dementia training, CHHHA licensing class.
• Positions available for PRN Visits and or ongoing shift work.

Experience with CAHC Accreditation or any other accreditation is a PLUS!

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
• 2 years nursing experience preferred
• Homecare experience preferred
• CAHC Accreditation or other accreditation experience a plus.
• BSN a plus but not mandatory
• Possess Personal Liability Insurance
• 1 Step PPD or a QuantiFERON. If either are positive, a chest X-Ray is required
• Must Provide Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster or Proper Exemptions
