Route Service Representative

NOVO Health Services is the only “one stop shop” service provider in U.S. currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with both Healthcare Laundry Services as well as Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions.

We are currently looking for an Route Service Representativein the Rockmart, GA area. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. The daily start time for this position is flexible and based on route.

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone to promote profitable growth and retention of our customer base by developing and maintaining strong customer relations through immediate follow-up, exceptional service, and sales of new products and / or services. Also, maintain and keep updated customer agreements by establishing trust and awareness of customer needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Customer Service – to be responsible and accountable for overseeing and maintaining superior levels of service for the entire customer base assigned to the area of responsibility.

To maintain a minimum standard 98% customer retention. To maintain current service agreements with customers and to react and satisfy all customer complaints, concerns, requests, and inquiries in a competitively urgent fashion.

· Route Growth – to achieve assigned minimum standards (quotas) by retaining and actively soliciting existing customers for new rental product services, inventory increases, price increases and direct sales. To achieve the assigned minimum standards each week for the solicitation and submission of new business sales leads and new business sales quotas.

· Route Management- Manage the following: load and unload products from truck, quality of products, inventories of linens and scrubs,

· Customer Management- customer pricing, customer contracts renewals and expiration dates, keep customer service site organized and clean.

· Collections - Maintain customers at a current receivable status of minimum of 85% of revenue to be current in Accounts Receivable

· Company Property – to maintain, conserve, and reasonably protect all Paris services property to include customer merchandise inventory levels, vehicles, money and equipment properly and responsibly. To achieve assigned minimum standards for merchandise loss and abuse billings and existing merchandise injections and vehicle maintenance and appearance standards.

· Administration – to make certain that all orders, service agreements, and required reports and paperwork are legible, complete, accurate and submitted properly and on time in accordance with company policies and procedures. To participate in accounts receivable management of my customers and assist in collections as deemed necessary by the supervisor or District Manager.

Experience and Education:

· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Ability to drive a 26’ box truck

· Valid Georgia Driver’s license with zero prior license suspensions or restrictions within the past three years

· DOT Card with Medical clearance

· Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

· Prior sales or route sales experience a plus

· The ability to interact well with people and be able to work independently while working under possible pressure and time constraints
