Residential Roofing - Sales Representative

RoofTek is seeking talented Residential Sales Reps to join our team! This team member will be expected to generate their own referrals and deals, and close company-provided leads. We provide LOTS of training, and everything you need to crush it and help as many homeowners as possible! Your job will be to meet with and understand client needs, present solutions to the customer, and representing the company in a professional way. We are seeking proactive communicators who are fantastic at sales and like to work in a team environment, money motivated, organized, and a true sales professional.

This is a commission-only role, with exciting bonuses available to reward you for a job well done! We will teach you all about roofing, and solar- but you should know how to sell!

This position is a residential sales position with a growing company. If you have experience selling Solar, Alarms, Roofing, Cars, or ANYTHING - you'll do great.

This is a fantastic industry with consistent opportunity. There is no limit to the amount of money that a TOP performer can make.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and follow up with leads

• Present estimates to the customer and close sales

• Learn and understand products and application

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the appropriate deadlines

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Be likable and great at communicating

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, construction estimating, or other related fields

• Familiarity with CRM platforms - Yes - You have to document your work!

• Be likable and trustworthy - have ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented
