Lightning Exteriors is looking for qualified Sales Reps to join our Texas team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be developing relationships and providing homeowners with a rock star sales experience! You need to be a customer service professional with integrity who enjoys helping homeowners.
The ideal candidate will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company. We provide training on roofing systems, sales presentations, and technology.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Roofing Sales Consultant's are responsible for selling roofs for insurance replacements, cash replacements, and roof repairs, as well as ensuring that proper documentation is uploaded on each sold job, and communicating with and caring for their clients throughout the life of the project. We meet weekly for ongoing sales training and coaching camps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing sales action plans and strategies to maintain customer databases
- Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM
- Generate and qualify opportunities
- Source and develop client referrals
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Present company products and services to current and potential clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Attend and participate in company trainings, sales events, team building events and mentorship program
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a Commission Only sales role preferred
- Outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to get out there and talk to strangers
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience, Grit, and Determination
- Highly organized
- Empathetic, Altruistic, and Enthusiastic!
- Competitive and 'hungry' spirit
- Must be comfortable with heights and be able to climb ladder/inspect roof
- Skilled strategist characterized by adaptability and persuasiveness
- Must be able to lift 70+ pounds
- Must have valid US Driver's License
- FAA - 107 Drone License Beneficial
