Roofer Needed - Start Immediately

MONSOON SEASON IS HERE!
We are looking for a motivated individual that can work after hours at times.
Must be willing to work primarily in the field performing minor shingle repairs, minor tile roof repair, coating, placing roof tarps, measuring and photographing jobs, etc.
Qualifications
-Roofing Repair: 4 years (Required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization skills
-Ability to work alone but as a team at times
- Experienced in working on ladders
Responsibilities
- Safely apply temporary tarp systems
- Perform Minor Roof Repairs to include:
Shingle, Tile & Coating systems
- Collect job specific info , take photos , report to office

Position Overview
Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. We are local ONLY, no need to worry about traveling out of state.
Specialized drying, practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. We are proficient in the use of scopes f work and floor plans and are familiar with the integration of heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems to enhance the drying systems. During Monsoon situations, advanced specialists can lead multiple teams and take on significant production responsibility. With this position you will learn the science of drying from a MSR (Master Water Restorer) and MWR (Master Water Restorer) on staff.
