Primary Objective:
Develop ROIC based IP and test structures to improve SkyWater Technology’s PDKs, technologies, and IP portfolio, via IP enablement, model confirmation test chips, PDK regression test suites, reference flows, and analog design support/services.
Major Areas of Accountability:
1. Analog & digital ROIC design expertise and direction for the Technology Enablement Services group
2. Provide design support & services to SkyWater customers with respect to ROIC design, layout, simulation, verification, etc.
3. Utilize SkyWater PDK’s, and provide feedback to internal teams on PDK issues, improvements, capabilities, etc.
4. Develop real-world ROIC test structures to validate device models against fabricated material.
5. Develop real-world ROIC test structures to be used for evaluating and regression testing of PDKs and technologies.
6. Develop real-world ROIC references designs to enable ease of use for SkyWater’s PDKs and technologies.
7. Develop ROIC IP, and bring to production worthy quality, including design, verification, validation and qualification.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience:

• 10 years or more of direct experience in ROIC specification, architecture, verification, validation and qualification
• 10 years or more of direct experience in developing complex ROIC ICs in a wide variety of technology nodes
• Expert in ROIC design, including low-noise architectures, technologies and applications.
• Expertise in Cadence EDA tool suite, e.g., Spectre, Virtuoso, etc.
• Concise, clear and courteous written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Education: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
