Title
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

• Analysis and Process Automation: Analyze and identify areas for Process Automation, working closely with operational stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using technology. This includes creating and maintaining automation workflows, implementing data integrations, and developing scripts.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing automation workflows to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet accuracy and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and user guides.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of RPA solutions with overall business goals and objectives.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards throughout the automation process.
• Monitor: Review and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
• 2-3 years of proven success in information systems preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and familiarity with databases preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in RPA development and project management.
• Proven experience with Epic is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations including healthcare industry changes, revenue cycle, insurance, managed care, and integrated delivery systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-user business practices and front-end practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to manage projects in a healthcare delivery environment.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of application analysis, design, build, deployment, modification, enhancement, support as well as troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, LEAN, PMP, etc.).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
