Pay Range: $22.50-$31.50

Robotic Programmer/Technician

Ideal candidate will have experience working for a robotic integrator.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute assigned robotic automation projects to include system builds, robot programming, PLC programming, and installation at customer sites (while working closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams).
- Travel to customer sites on a moment’s notice to perform field service calls to support customers with troubleshooting and repair functions to include troubleshooting down robots or systems, preventative maintenance, basic programming, and other assignments. Follow customer’s safety policies while onsite.
- Safe operation and maintenance of a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, etc.
- Provide technical expertise as needed to customers and internal organizational teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in programming robots and troubleshooting automated/robotic cells.
- Formal technical training in automated equipment to include robot programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka Robotics, and Yaskawa Motoman robots)
Skills You’ll Have:
- Technical competency in industrial automation/robotics (robots/controls/vision/conveyors/tooling/welders, etc.)
- Knowledge of machines, tools, and electronics (wiring, drilling, tapping, etc.)
- Read and interpret electrical/mechanical/pneumatic drawings to layout and build system assemblies and subassemblies.
- Interact with computers to enter data, process information, and upload and download programs.
- Understanding of A3/RIA Safety Standards, OSHA Safety Standards, and NFPA 79 Stands is preferred.

- Must be willing to travel and hold a valid driver’s license in good standing (up to 35% travel with overnight stays)
