SalaryThe Live MediaIntegration Manager is responsible for supporting the seamless integration of event sponsors into our curated experiences across Robb Report and Art Media titles. The focus is to turn our client’s visions into reality by meticulously planning and executing exceptional events. The goal is to meet our client's needs while staying within budget and achieving our sales goals and targets.
This individual will manage all aspects of integration planning and communications across all internal and client team(s) to deliver the most successful outcomes for event sponsors. This role involves setting up and taking part in the pre-, during, and post-sales process, through the management of kick-off calls, detailed integration tracking, clear communications, and post-event reporting.
This individual will work closely with various teams across Live Media, Sales, and Integrated Marketing, to ensure seamless event execution and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Robb Report and Art Media business. Active involvement in the day-to-day operations and execution of events is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all necessary details to ensure the successful integration of event sponsors
- Plan and coordinate sponsor integration logistics pre-, during, and post-event
- Coordinate and manage kick-off calls and post-meeting follow-ups while responding promptly to client inquiries
- Provide detailed meeting reports and follow-up action items
- Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, scope of work deliverables, and priorities of event production needs
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams across Live Media, Sales, and Integrated Marketing to ensure flawless integration and execution for event sponsors
- Conduct site checks and attend client meetings, as appropriate, with existing & potential clients
- Travel to and from various event locations as necessary
- Work with Executive Director of Events to track and reconcile expenses/budget related to sponsor integrations
- Track key event elements and deliverables, budget recaps and program feedback, providing post-event analysis/details to the sales team to share with sponsors
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in event production
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently
- A positive self-starter and team player with a can-do and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of an event is meticulously planned and executed
- Experience in Salesforce and similar CRM tools
Salary range: $75K-85K.Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
