- Assist with staffing new referrals and assigning coverage visits
- Conduct necessary follow-ups with pharmacies, physicians, and patients
- Maintain records in the appropriate systems (AlayaCare & Shared folders)
- Handle incoming calls from patients and nurses’ shifts, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Actively listen to callers, accurately gather relevant information, and document details in our system.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our organization's services, policies, and procedures to effectively address caller inquiries.
- Evaluate the urgency of each call and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Scheduling experience
- Specialty Pharmacy Nursing Network (SPNN) or Infinity Infusion Nursing experience
- Preferred RN or LPN
- Fully Remote, must meet at home requirements
