We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Status: Full Time

Hiring For:

• Days 6:30am - 3pm
• Nights Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7am

Salary Range: starting at $37/hr

As a RN or LPN Supervisor, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Prior Management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Healthcare Provider
• Basic computer skills

What do I need for this role with Frederick Living?

• Review 24 hour documentation daily for evaluation and follow-up
• Collaborate with physician's and physician practices to coordinate visits/ care
• Communicate with the ADON, DON, NHA, care providers and family/ POA as needed
• Uses evidenced-based practices to ensure care delivery is provided to residents
• Assist in the management of personnel through on-going performance evaluation, Care Chats, coaching,
  counseling, education, and Corrective Action as needed
• Participate in resident TOC/ Care Conferences and care plan review as needed
• Manage Wound Rounds
• Collaborate with Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal care for residents
• Comply with Infection Control practices
• Maintain hand-held communication equipment is maintained by all direct-caregivers for effective call bell
  management & communication with team members
