Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care on the unit.
Ensure that high efficient quality care is delivered to the residents.
Assist the director of nursing & nurse manager in developing unit-based standards of practice.
Develop comprehensive care plans.
Provide care for a diverse adult and geriatric population.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
✔ A current RN license in New York State
✔ One year of working in Long Term Care is a plus, but not required
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Current BLS certification
✔ Ability to serve on committees and assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.
✔ Be able to aid in the direction and supervision of the performance improvement program for the Residential Health care Facility

Salary range : $68,250 -$86,775 per year.
