Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Unit located on 3OP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Providence is offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

Shifts Available:

  • 72 hours per pay period, Day Shift, 12-hour work schedule
  • 48 hours per pay period, Day Shift, 12-hour work schedule

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
  • American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
  • American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), - or-
  • Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.
  • Experience Required for Resident RN:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
