Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient conditions, developing, and implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional treatment outcomes. Your compassion, attention to detail, and ability to think critically will be essential in ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Adhering to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL, MO, TN, IN.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- BLS via the American Heart Association and all relevant specialty/department-specific certifications required.
