We are seeking a full-time RN to join our Quality Assurance team of professionals here at Care Resources! The Quality Assurance RN reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance and is responsible for supporting quality improvement within the organization. As the Quality Assurance RN, you will:
- collaborate with the primary care providers and clinical staff to improve the quality and completeness of documentation of care provided for accurate data reporting to CMS and MDHH
- support timely, accurate and complete documentation of clinical information used for measuring and reporting clinical outcomes.
- effectively utilize compliant documentation improvement principles to identify areas of improvement.
- communicate with and educate all providers and clinical staff on the principles of clinical documentation to ensure the medical record is complete, accurate and comprehensive.
- manage and report utilization management data for clinical quality measures and root cause analysis reporting to CMS.
This opportunity requires a bachelor's degree in nursing and licensure as an RN in the state of Michigan. Our top candidates will be able to work autonomously as well as within a team setting.

ABOUT CARE RESOURCES:
Care Resources operates the PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) which is located in our newly renovated facility at 4150 Kalamazoo Avenue SE in Grand Rapids. Care Resourcesprovides and coordinates all medical care and social services to eligible participants. We provide all physician and nursing care, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care, medical transportation, home care, emergency, rehab, social and recreational activities at the Day Center. In order to be eligible for the PACE program,seniors must be 55 and older, able to live safely at home and meet the nursing facility level of care.
