We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family and/or other care providers such as OT, ortho, burn and wound.
- Communicate with patients via phone triage or MyChart, provide patient education and support providers within the ambulatory setting.
- Assist with clinic procedures such as excisions, drain/suture removal, dressing change, and/or breast expansion.
- Join a specialized team providing all types of plastic and reconstructive procedures to restore function and assist patients to feel their best. Conditions treated may include: brachial plexus, cancers (breast, gynecologic, skin, etc.), carpal tunnel syndrome, congenital anomalies, gender affirmation, migraines, nerve repair, trauma injuries, and Mohs.

Education:
Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.
Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Work Experience:
Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.
Preferred - Relevant RN experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.
Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.

It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Dr. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
