RN- Patient Services Manager-Certified Home Health Agency

The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a full time Patient Services Managerto join our team and play a key role in the supervision, regulatory compliance and growth of Parker's Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), including their Delegated Case Management team.

The Patient Services Manager is responsible for the direct supervision and leadership of the Nursing staff. Under the supervision of the Director of Patient Services, this individual provides leadership for delivery of clinical services, consistent with the mission and vision of Parker Jewish Institute while maintaining established standards of care for patients, and ensuring compliance with documentation, education and quality initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• Two or more years of experience in a Nursing role in a CHHA or LTHHCP Agency
• CHHA experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; is cooperative and helpful
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
