Join our team at Family Allergy & Asthma as a patient-focused RN or LPN, where you'll work closely with our skilled physicians to provide exceptional care to our patients. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
Location: 1800 Hollister Dr., Libertyville, IL - Travel is required to Gurnee office weekly
Weekly Schedule: Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesdays are from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: $22 - $28 / hour, pay will depend on experience and license type

Registered Nurse & LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
- Send prescriptions, complete asthma care plans and discharge summaries
- Administer allergy injections, prepare and administer nebulized medication and patient education
- Complete documentation in the EMR system
- Cross-train for Triage Nurse position and cover as needed
Registered Nurse & LPN Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing- LPN / RN with an active and unrestricted Nursing License, or an eNLC multistate nursing license
- 1-2 years nursing experience in a medical office setting, preferred
- CPR certification required
- Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
- Valid Driver's License Required
