Form of workThe Gastroenterology Nurse Navigator functions on the team as an advocate, screener, and educator for patients by facilitating timely access to quality care in clinic and endoscopy lab. He/she will serve as a liaison throughout the clinic and in coordination with other departments within Trios.
Education
Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years' acute care nursing experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
Licensure/Certifications
Current Washington State RN license and BLS required. Gastroenterology certified nurse preferred.
