Job Description:

75 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL TRAVLERS - Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.

13 weeks assignment, 2 years' experience current required in Med/Surg unit required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.

CERTS: BLS certification required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client. EPIC EMR experience preferred.

SHIFTS: 12 hour NIGHT shift position. Shift start time: 19:00 Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

Position will float to other areas as needed. Will float to ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.

ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

SCRUBS: Required and not provided by the facility. White or black scrub top. Scrub pants in sangria/wine red, plum purple, hunter green or black.
