Our client located in the state of California is looking for a permanent Nurse Manager to oversee multiple clinics including a Surgery Clinic, Urology, Wound Healing Clinic, Ortho and Graduate Medical Education Clinic. Ideal candidates should 2+ years in a management role with a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience with FQHC and other OP Clinics is preferred.

Responsibilities of the RN Clinic/Outpatient Manager:
The RN Clinical Manager of OP Clinics supports the VP of Professional Services in providing leadership over the ambulatory clinics. The Manager contributes to the organization's mission and strategic objectives, while providing overall clinical oversight for policies, procedures and programs of the organization. Additionally, this individual will be a direct report for the following outpatient clinics; Surgery Clinic, Urology, Wound Healing Center, Ortho Clinic, and Graduate Medical Education Clinic (GME). This position is expected to guide the coordination of multiple departments to organize cross functional teams to remove barriers. This position will ensure operational efficiency, develops and monitors annual operating budget, and follows through with implementation, monitoring and reporting on all clinic clinical objectives. Work closely with outpatient clinic Staff on all process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with external resources and centralized staff to proactively problem solve and continuously improve the services.
Minimum Requirements of the Clinic/Outpatient RN Manager:
2+ years in a management role
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree preferred
Proven experience with FQHC and other OP Clinics is preferred
