- Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care thru effective management of the activities of the total patient care service during their assigned shift.
- In the absence of Administrator and/or Nursing Director, the Nursing Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of Administrator on call.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as RN in State of Texas
- Certified basic life support
Preferred Job Requiremnts:
- 2-3 years experience in hospital setting as staff nurse
- 2 years in Charge Nurse or Supervisor position preferred
