SalaryRN Case Manager for Waterloo Home Hospice. It is FT Days Hours 8a-4:30pm M-F with optional call/weekends. Must have IA RN Licensure, Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and vehicle insurance. They will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.62 per mile.
MUST HAVE ACTIVE IA RN LICENSE
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm with one night a call a week and 1 every 4the weekend.
Hospice experience required
