Form of workThe RN Home Infusion is a licensed professional who plans for, coordinates, and provides individualized nursing care to patients and families in their homes. The provision of Home Infusion services reflects the mission, philosophy and values of the agency. This position reports directly to the Care Team Leader or Nurse Manager of the Department.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of accredited nursing school
Experience: At least 2 years in the acute care setting or 1 year in home care, hospice or Home Infusion setting
Current RN licensure in state of employment; Provider in Basic Cardiac Life Support; valid driver's license.
Conditions of Employment
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
