Rn For 1:1 Pediatric Homecare - Central Line Exp Needed

Open Cases: 

1. 4 y/o male. Short Bowel Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, and hypothyroidism. He receives nutrition via G-tube, TPN through his Central Line and PRN oxygen via nasal cannula. Nurses must always be with him. Has a cousin there during the day to help nurses with his care. Overnight must check his diaper every 30 minutes. Hours Open: 7 nights a week 10p-6a, some day shifts 7a-3p
2. 11 y/o male. Failure to thrive, seizure disorder, and a G-tube, Central Line. He receives G-tube feedings and TPN. He has Grand mal seizures and an order for diastat. Patient is non-verbal and non-ambulatory but can stand with assistance. He needs a nurse that is willing to stimulate, entertain, and work with him to help him develop. When he is healthy, he attends Elwyn for a few hours a day. Hours Open: 7 nights a week 11p-7a
3. 15 y/o female.  Ambulatory and verbal. No diagnosed developmental or learning delays. Mom believes she may be a little delayed. G-tube, J- tube, Central Line. Receives feeds though her G-tube and TPN overnight. Nursing is at home and school. Hours Open: Two days a week 7:30a-6:30p, 7 nights a week 11:30p-7:30a

Requirements:

• Licensed as a RN
• CPR required 
• Clear background screening
• Ability to read and communicate in English
