- Job SummaryThe Stress Lab RN is a professional caregiver under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, nursing standards and physician’s orders, plans, provides, and directs care and teaching of patients and families. - Working Conditions, Hazards and Physical Effort
Works in a well lighted, ventilated and air conditioned area. Often exposed to unpleasant odors, sights and sounds. Long periods in a stationary position or moving around the unit are required. Risks exposure to disease, infection, physical strain and assault. Risks exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, radiation and anti-neoplastic agents. Must be able to move or position 50 lbs. independently.
- Minimum Qualifications or EquivalentsEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Experience: One (1) year of M/S clinical experience preferred.
- Licenses, Certifications, and/or RegistrationsCurrent RN license in the state of Kentucky. Basic Life Support “BLS” certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support “ACLS” certification (successful completion within six [6] months of employment).
