RN Contract - Ambulatory/Clnic

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Burlington, WI

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, with various hours between 0700-1700

Patient Types:

• Routine ambulatory/clinic visits
• Appointment types include new consult, follow-up, post-operative, and some in-office procedures, dependent on specialty

Patients Seen in a Day:

• 12-30 patients per day, dependent on specialty/visit type

Required Certifications:

• BLS

Skills Required:

• EMR: EPIC

Floating:

• Yes, floating may be required within the clinic.
