Rn And Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse ($29-33/hr) and also a Registered Nurse ($45-48/hr) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN and or RN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of our medical facility. ```Duties:```

- RN to do initials, reassessments and quarterlies based on caseload devided among other RN's.

LVN /RN duties :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
- Assist with examinations and provide support to healthcare providers
- Perform procedures such as wound care and dressing changes.
- RN to Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Provide patient education on various health topics

```Experience:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Valid LVN license in the state of [State] FOR the RN position an active RN California License
- Previous experience working in a medical office/ ADHC (Adult day health care) or similar healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, and documentation practices
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
