We are looking for LVN's Full Time for the PM Shift. Pay Range $30-$37/hr. Sign on bonus $2000 for NOC shift (FT). $500 in 30 days, $500 in 90 days, and another $1000 in 6 months.
- Complete and file required charts and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
- Orient and welcome new residents and families.
- Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance.
- Participate in and make recommendations for care plans.
Must have a Valid CA nursing license, either an LVN and be able to clear a background check.
