Form of workParamount Home Health is currently hiring a full-time RN.
Monday thru Friday, Daylight shift, reports to one location, No Travel!
The RN will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Evaluation and routine skilled nursing visits to our patients
- Documenting and updating visit notes into Brighttree within 24 hours of visit
- Participates in staff meetings and in-service programs
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Ohio
- Preferably one (1) year of experience as a Home Care Nurse
- Has a reliable means of transportation and proof of insurance (travel for home visits weekly and weekly office meetings required).
