Citibank, N.A. seeks a Risk Reporting Group Manager for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Responsible for all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of business intelligence and reporting solutions for wholesale lending in Institutional Credit Management. Gather feedback and new requirements from business stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsible for implementing Tableau Server and Business Intelligence Solution, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis services, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Oracle Database Integration, Python Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipeline, for front office reporting of wholesale lending. Oversee the design and implementation of Extract, Transform, and Load framework, OLAP KPI, Python Scripting, T-SQL, PL/ SQL, SQL and Tableau performance tuning, while providing user and operational support for applications. Evaluate additional product to develop a sustainable reporting platform with flexibility and controls necessary to achieve goals. Provide user and operational support for applications and solve complex technical problems using Business Intelligence Solution Tableau server, Python, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis services, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Oracle Database Integration, Python Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) framework and OLAP KPI. Perform root cause analysis and post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality using Python Scripting, T-SQL, SQL and Tableau. Define operating standards and processes and work on ad hoc reporting projects and data and process analysis. Use Qlikview to manage Software development life cycle for projects. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 7 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Technical Lead, Development Engineer or related position. 7 years of experience must include: SQL, PL/ SQL; and SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services. 5 years of experience must include: QlikView.
