Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to proactively influence partner stakeholders and drive impact.
- Experience in using data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.

Responsibilities
- Lead well-defined projects to resolve complicated abuse- and harm-fighting and mitigation problems, and build trusted user experiences, with iterative improvements to systems and processes.
- Escalate complex challenges to team members or managers in a timely manner and assist in addressing those challenges by supporting team members.
- Utilize policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and execute enforcement strategies.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams.
- Review or be exposed to sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.
