```Duties```
- Participating in planning sessions and discussions to create innovative ways to facilitate and conduct the Risk Assessment program.
- Researching and investigating new or improved Risk Assessment practices for application to agency and program operations.
- Preparing comprehensive, well-written, concise, and illustrative reports to capture conclusions and key findings resulting from Risk Assessments, analyses, and recommendations.
- Identifying, collecting, and analyzing data for the purpose of conducting complex Risk Assessment analysis.
- Providing advice and counsel on various Risk Assessment matters, to ensure management and staff interests are obtained and analyzed in the process of developing a comprehensive risk management framework
```Qualifications```
To qualify for this position you must have at least one year specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (United States Federal Government General Schedule-12 (GS-12)) or pay band in the federal service as a Risk Assessment Analyst performing the following duties: 1. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to assist with conducting analysis on strategic and reputational risks; 2. Analyzing and evaluating the agency's internal programs to assess and improve, develop policies and procedures, and resolve internal Risk Assessment issues for the program; 3. Identifying and proposing solutions to program problems that previous studies and techniques have been found inadequate; 4. Utilizing written and oral communication to convey information about program issues and initiatives and program activities.
