Duties:
- Operate and monitor rides and attractions to ensure the safety of guests
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides
- Enforce height, weight, and age restrictions for each ride
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Handle cash transactions for ride tickets and merchandise sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas
- Perform routine safety inspections on rides and report any issues to management
Qualifications:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with guests
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or guest services preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests
- Comfortable with public speaking and providing clear instructions to guests
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Theater or performance background is a bonus
Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Weekend and holiday availability is also required.
