The Role

The RevOps Manager will work with a GTM leadership team dedicated to ensuring StarRez’s revenue strategy is well-informed and analytically supported. The RevOps Analyst will have a “seat at the table” in strategic revenue planning, supporting the development and execution of go-to-market plans, sales incentives, account scoring frameworks, TAM sizing/expansion, systems architecture, and many other key initiatives.


We are seeking a proficient data analyst with years of experience analyzing and assessing strategic alternatives via excel modeling, leveraging Salesforce data and reporting to inform GTM efficacy, and supporting revenue teams in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Role Specifics

  • Work Location: Remote, US
  • Travel: Up to 30%. This is an estimate which may vary and could fluctuate up or down based on business need. 
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to VP Revenue Operations & Strategy


What You Will Own

Strategic Initiatives

  • Review and make recommendations for improvements to account scoring algorithm and methodology as part of our Customer and Prospect Database program (CAPDB)
  • Support annual GTM Planning process including analyses of segmented historical performance, quota planning, and channel contribution models.
  • Build analytical models that support key strategic decision-making.
  • Improve the quality and frequency of customer whitespace analysis.
  • Support implementation and world-class execution of StarRez Value Selling Methodology and Value Selling best practices across the full GTM team
  • Lead projects from end-to-end, including project management, research, analysis and recommendations.

 

Goal Setting and Performance Reporting

  • Drive operational reporting for the Revenue organization, identifying material changes and supporting each with well-informed, thoughtful commentary
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define, develop, support and measure execution of GTM strategy.
  • Be the go-to resource for ad-hoc analyses of Sales and Marketing performance across all platforms (predominantly Salesforce and Excel)
  • Build scorecards and reports which assess seller efficacy, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other KPIs.

 

Seamless Execution of GTM Strategy

  • Support the equitable distribution of accounts and market opportunity across sellers in all global regions through territory planning.
  • Administer, validate, and support the design of sales incentive plans across the full revenue team.
  • Develop and improve internal processes around account/contact database management, and data hygiene across the Revenue tech stack.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance leadership to improve overall operations and go-to-market efficacy.
  • Streamline the integration of high-quality, third-party datasets in go-to-market motions.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Partner with sales management to inspect sales process quality.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of highly analytical experience in Sales/Revenue Ops, Consulting, FP&A or similar roles
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and sales process management.
  • Experience with building reporting and executive presentations for SaaS and growth-stage companies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, ETL, or other Data Analytics experience.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills

  • Passionate about data management and the importance of data integrity
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects in an organized and thoughtful manner.
