As a Deal Operations Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of empowering sales and customer success teams, streamlining deal processes, and fostering collaboration with various departments, fueling Calendly's continued success in the market.

A day in the life of a Revenue Operations Coordinator at Calendly

As a Revenue Operations Coordinator at Calendly, your primary focus is on providing essential support for the smooth functioning of sales and customer success processes. You'll be an integral part of the team, assisting in deal-related tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration between various internal stakeholders.

On a typical day, you will be working on:

  • Providing essential support to the sales and customer success teams, assisting in various administrative tasks such as document preparation, data management, and order processing.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate the creation of quotes, order forms, and other relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Navigating deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely approvals.
  • Supporting the management of opportunities and agreements in Salesforce, conducting audits, and ensuring alignment with signed contracts.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on Deal and Sales Operations procedures.
  • Managing overall data quality and ongoing processes to support data hygiene.
  • Collaborating with Revenue Operations to drive process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Monitoring and responding to the Sales and CS support queue in Salesforce and the Revenue Operations Slack channel, consistently meeting SLAs.

What do we need from you?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in deal desk operations, sales operations, order operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS company.
  • Experience with leading sales tools such as SFDC, Docusign, and Conga.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Case Management for documentation and work planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with GTM teams and other cross-functional departments, especially sales, legal, deal desk and finance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong teamwork skills, excelling at timely and transparent communication
  • A keen interest in sales and customer success operations, with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
