We’re a travel tech company that is navigating hypergrowth, and we’re looking for an expert in CRM management, automation, project management, and data analysis to help us turn our happy customers into — well, even more happy customers.

Position: 

Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a creative, customer-first Revenue Operations Associate!

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you are responsible for supporting the sales team by helping maintain, update and manage the CRM system for data accuracy, sales automation, and internal reporting. You will assist in processing requests from the sales team, which includes coordinating & executing interdepartmental initiatives that impact revenue with oversight from a Sr. Operations Manager. You will work closely with the Sales, Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams. The ideal candidate is proactive in asking questions; is inquisitive, organized and a team player with a keen eye for detail, a knack for creative problem-solving, and an interest in developing a career in Revenue Operations.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Assist in maintaining and improving data quality in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Create, update, & maintain pieces of automation and CRM-internal reports
  • Assist with interdepartmental projects that drive revenue
  • Support vetting and onboarding new vendors to our tech stack solutions
  • Assist with the operation of recurring processes including commission calculation, sales forecasting, and performance management
  • Field ad hoc requests and queries from other team members as needed

  • Ability to gather, synthesize and share findings from data

We're excited about you because you have some of the following:

  • Experience using, building reporting, and dashboards in a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience building CRM automation for sales team efficiency and data accuracy
  • Project management experience including scope, schedule, and resourcing management in addition to scheduling/task managing tools 
  • Proficient in semi-advanced spreadsheet data manipulation and reporting using Excel/Google sheets to create charts, pivot tables and summaries to provide data insights
  • Prior experience in a sales role
  • Prior sales operations experience a plus but not required
