About Evermore
Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life in 2023 and is seeking individuals that want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support DORM through assistance with analysis, reporting, forecasting, and communication through collaborative and results-driven efforts.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights on room sales, occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Lead the process of design and development of new reporting that will assist in ongoing daily and weekly revenue decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor competitors' rates and strategies and provide regular benchmarking reports.
  • Maximize revenue potential through proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems/platforms as an expert user.
  • Assist Director of Revenue Management (DORM) in preparing short and long-term forecasts
  • Compilation of documents, reports, and presentations for required resort leadership and ownership reporting.
  • Own and validate all required data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports used for monitoring performance against the forecast and budget.
  • Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and systematically analyzed for accuracy and trends.
  • Prepare documents for weekly revenue meetings, providing data in terms of pricing, availability, market demand, developing trends/patterns, and promotional opportunities for all segments and channels.
  • In absence of DORM, lead meetings with leadership and/or ownership to communicate strategies and actions to achieve goals.
  • Conduct frequent and regular audits to ensure general website booking functionality and rate integrity, as well as listing accuracy on primary OTAs and GDS.
  • Use revenue management tools and software to optimize room rates in real-time, based on demand and competitor actions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with revenue objectives; Provide recommendations on group bookings, corporate deals, and package inclusions based on revenue impact analyses.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret revenue performance data.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to manipulate data.
  • Knowledge of reservations systems and revenue management data
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to operate and excel independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to strict daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • SQL Certification, Python programming related to using an API preferred
  • Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management System and Revinate/RezForce preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent sitting, standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and/or reach periodically.
