Job description

Summary: The Revenue Cycle Support analyst is responsible for maintaining and coordinating payer website access amongst Revenue Cycle teammates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain administrative rights to payer websites utilized within the Revenue Cycle
  • Grant and maintain payer website access, password resets and enrollments for new and existing teammates
  • Coordinate with payers and/or third-party administrators as needed
  • Research missing EOBs and other documents as needed
  • Attend in-services, seminars and webinars for additional education and performance improvement.
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Experience with administrative duties and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with healthcare payor portals and websites
  • Multitasking: The analyst will facilitate various tasks with an optimal accuracy rate
  • Good computer skills
  • Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good communication and literacy skills

Education/Experience

High School Diploma

Successful candidate will pass a background check and drug screen.
