Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Revenue Cycle, including billing, coding, claims submission, and reimbursement processes.
- Review and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to third-party payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance companies.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with coding guidelines, billing regulations, and payer policies.
Qualifications you bring!
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
