Manager - Revenue Cycle Management

MUST:
5+years of Medical Office Revenue Cycle Management experience
Must have Revenue Cycle Management experience for sites in Illinois, Missouri and the Mid-Atlantic region including working with Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care
Certified Professional Coder or Certified Coding Specialist or 3+years of coding experience
Experience with Phreesia and Athena preferred
Open to travel to Missouri and Southern IL as well as practice sites in the Mid-Atlantic area
Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
DUTIES:
Support operations staff
Obtain prior authorizations
Review coding and charge entry
Review and release claims
Ensure time-of-service collections of patient financial responsibilities
Support denials management efforts, and ensure receival of all entitled payments for services provided.
Review to ensure that claims being billed are accurate and complete
Works with Clinical Business Office leadership analyze Revenue Cycle Management workflows
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train staff on
Analyze data/metrics, to spot trends and opportunities for Revenue Cycle Management interventions and improvements
Assist with supporting and improving Practice level Revenue Cycle Management workflows and processes
Support implementation of Revenue Cycle Management performance improvement initiatives
