Position Summary:

The Revenue Cycle is comprised of all functions that contribute to the capture management and collections of patient services revenue generated by health care providers in ambulatory clinics as well as hospital settings. The Revenue Cycle Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the goals and objectives of all Revenue Cycle departments/teams through effective use of Revenue Cycle applications/technology. The position will serve in a consultative role as a liaison, facilitator, driver of change, communicator across Revenue Cycle Operations. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders and vendors, the position will be key to effectively utilize people, processes and technology to reduce errors, reduce rework, improve through-put, accelerate cash flow and increase net revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years Revenue Cycle experience
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Physician/Ambulatory Revenue Cycle experience in large Multi-Specialty organization preferred
• aIDX, Ingenious Med, Cerner system experience/knowledge preferred
• Project Management experience for Charge Capture responsibilities preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred
