KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a remote Project Manager III.
Position Summary:
Position 1:
PM/Sr Analyst level role to assist with a project in Financial Clearance (team that procures pre-visit authorizations from payers). This person will participate in executive level meetings and be trusted with confidential information. This project will look at operational processes for authorization procurement, EPIC best practice build to support the operational process, and input into organizational structure for the department. This person will be tasked with pulling data together, completing Visio workflows, assisting with P&P or training documentation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- HOSPITAL Operational experience in Financial Clearance, EPIC certifications (desirable but not required), EPIC experience (user) preferred. Candidates required to have hands on operational experience in Revenue Cycle in an acute hospital setting. Ideally they will hold one or more Epic certifications, with Epic user experience at a minimum.
Position 2:
PM/Sr Analyst level role to backfill the Optimization team assisting with denial root cause analysis, data gathering, workflow analysis, EPIC troubleshooting, training documentation creation, etc.

- HOSPITAL Revenue Cycle experience in one or more: Patient Finance, Financial Clearance, Health Information Management, Revenue Integrity. EPIC certifications (desirable but not required), EPIC experience (user) preferred. Candidates required to have hands on operational experience in Revenue Cycle in an acute hospital setting. Ideally they will hold one or more Epic certifications, with Epic user experience at a minimum.
