The Revenue Assurance Analyst will ensure that upstream data is consumed and processed using standard processes, systems and controls. The Revenue Assurance Analyst will engage with fulfillment, operations, sales Ops, Finance, and other key contributors to ensure that the upstream information is received and processed according to customer contracts and requirements. The Revenue Assurance Analyst will be required to understand fulfillment and billing systems at a detailed level to identify potential issues, manage work levels, and gauge the health of the overall operation at all times. The Revenue Assurance Analyst must be able to assess the skills required to perform the variance positions reporting under them.
What you'll do:
Maintains the standard Revenue Assurance process of all EWS and USIS Government accounts
- Serves as liaison between Billing, Finance, CSG, Sales & Accounting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
- Maintain key reports and KPI's that support the health of the department
- Engage with key stakeholders that are inputs or customers of the revenue process
- Manage billing staff activities for billing, credits, month-end close
- Review accuracy and completeness of billing activity using process, controls and analysis reports
- Lead or Support M&A activities as required
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make changes
- Maintain and act on KPI's that support the revenue process
- Engage with key stakeholders that are inputs or customers of the revenue process
What experience you need:
- Business Administration /Finance- Accounting or equivalent work experience on similar positions 5 years
- Billing, Revenue accounting as it relates to billing and credits experience
- Excellent English Level (spoken and written) a 90% level minimum
- Ability to work with teams and collaborative work culture
- Strong People Skills, Technical and Analytical Skills
- Flexibility to change priorities based on business needs
