Zoro Tools, Inc. is seeking a Revenue and Margin Optimization Manager in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus 3 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Implement complex SQL query to modify data at report level to avoid complexity at Data Warehouse level; Utilize understanding of experimental design and A/B testing methodologies, proficiency with Web scraping in Python, and experience in BI Analytical Tools (Looker, Google Analytics); Utilize experience in market segmentation analysis to understand customer segments based on their price sensitivity, purchasing behaviors, and needs; Utilize understanding of machine learning algorithms to perform end-to-end (ETL process, exploratory data analysis, and data cleansing for outlier imputation, data normalization, model training, validation, and testing) data-driven predictive modeling in R and Python; Utilize proficiency in Probability Theory and Statistics analysis; Design and build pricing algorithms, running complex simulations, and creating mathematical models, to optimize pricing strategies to achieve a greater level of profitability. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.Please submit resume to https://jobs.grainger.com, reference job # 307401.
