Returns Processor (Fashion Company) $16/Hr

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process returned merchandise.
• Clean repairable garments with lint rollers.
• Using a hand device/computer will update systems with appropriate data.
• Understand "return to stock" physical and cosmetic requirements.
• Make judgment calls on what constitutes 'new' and acceptable.
• Sort and organize all incoming, unprocessed packages
• Complete all computerized documentation efficiently and diligently.
• Adhere to standards that meet customer and company quality requirements.
• Provide basic support to Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Work independently, efficiently, and professionally at all times.
• Have punctual, consistent, and regular attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
