Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process returned merchandise.
- Clean repairable garments with lint rollers.
- Using a hand device/computer will update systems with appropriate data.
- Understand "return to stock" physical and cosmetic requirements.
- Make judgment calls on what constitutes 'new' and acceptable.
- Sort and organize all incoming, unprocessed packages
- Complete all computerized documentation efficiently and diligently.
- Adhere to standards that meet customer and company quality requirements.
- Provide basic support to Operations and Customer Service teams.
- Work independently, efficiently, and professionally at all times.
- Have punctual, consistent, and regular attendance.
