Job Description
Reports to
Supervisor of Returns Department
Overview
Responsible for all aspects of Jewelry and Timepiece returns; process receipts in an accurate and timely manner for Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce returns and consignment merchandise.
Responsibilities
  • Verify receipts and discrepancies and identifying all items received.
  • Ensure all returns are processed promptly and appropriately within the time frame given.
  • Keep track through Oracle and Salesforce of all requested priority returns.
  • Responsible for proper identification and tagging of all returned merchandise.
  • Open packaging and separate all inbound returns in an organized manner; simultaneously verifying the contents against packing slips.
  • Responsible for the appropriate sorting of the return product, verifying that all items are sorted and match the corresponding paperwork.
  • Accept direction, goals and priorities from the supervisor and manager.
  • Work closely with supervisor reviewing daily priorities and issues relating to returns.
  • Keep area neat, clean and all paperwork organized and filed accordingly.
  • Recommend improvements/enhancements as required by supervisor.
  • Effectively communicate updates, concerns and problems to supervisor and manager.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
  • Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Highly reliable self-starter; can be counted on to complete assignments.
  • Proven competence in working with others in a team effort.
  • Dependable employee with common sense and a variety of skills.
