- Verify that the items received match what the customer was authorized to return.
- Inspect returned items for damage and determine whether to accept or reject the items.
- Clean, re-barcode, and repackage items so that they may be returned to sellable inventory.
- Enter returned items into inventory using warehouse management system and digital scanner.
- Distribute returned items into appropriate bin locations throughout the warehouse.
- Accept/Sign for incoming packages.
- Interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues.
- Inspect arrivals against packing lists for quantity verification.
- Work with internal customers to complete special projects assigned.
- Be able to read and follow instructions.
- Be able to do basic math.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to start date.
- Wear required PPE (safety glasses, long pants, and steel-toed shoes).
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft suite.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Work in a Warehouse Environment with forklifts, pallet jacks and rolling carts.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.
- High School diploma, associate degree or equivalent work experience. Fluent Computer skills a must
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
